Mondays are hard. We know that too. That’s why we’re here to make Mondays a little easier to face with breakfast on the haus, prepared lovingly by our Community Director, Wendy. Come beat the Monday blues with us at 9 am on Monday mornings over a hearty, healthy breakfast!

- PREGNANCY MORNINGS
We begin with Pregnancy Mornings the first Tuesday of every month where we invite all expecting mothers to come join our very own expecting moms group hosted by our Community Lead, Karyn Suwito. Get a head start with pre and post-natal education from experts in the field such as doulas, lactation consultants, TCM practitioners and gynaecologists and build skills together with other mothers as you embark on this brand new journey. Our first Pregnancy Morning begins 5 July at 10am.
- NETWORKING TUESDAYS
On the second Tuesday of each month, join us at lunch time or tea time for Networking Tuesdays, an interest-led get-together session where members connect over food, coffee or snacks. Exchange ideas and make new connections in our cosy Haus Pantry or Trehaus Studio and soak in the vibrance of our Trehaus community.
- MONTHLY ROUNDTABLE
The third Tuesday of every month promises to be exciting and enriching as we bring you Trehaus Monthly Roundtable, hosted by our very own members at Trehaus. The Trehaus community is a dynamic mix of professions ranging from coaches and creatives to tech and lifestyle experts. Get support, validation and strategic input for your business by tapping on the expertise of our Trehaus community.
Make every day count by living well and here’s a good opportunity to do that every mid week on Wellness Wednesdays.
Look forward to kneading those knots away at our massage sessions by the Mobile Massage Team from the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH) on Week 1 and 3, connecting with your inner self and being mindful of your breathing through The Mindful Movement Meditation in Week 2, , and embracing a healthy and happy awareness through movement and breathing with Kundalini Yoga by Nirvana Mind in the 4th week.
