This workshop helps participants to understand Self-Care in a holistic way, and that it is about taking care of their
legitimate needs in different areas of their lives. Participants will learn and assess how they are fulfilling their needs in critical and non-critical areas i.e. Physical, Emotional, Intellectual,
Spiritual, Relational, Social and Security.
There will be guided practice in key self-care areas to embody the learnings. Come to this session to find out from Self-Care expert and Personal Life Coach, Susie Lim, on how to take complete care of yourself.
