When it comes to deciding between mashing that sweet potato for your toddler or unmuting your microphone so you’re able to interject on the video call with your investors, you know you’re a 21st-century parent who refuses to forego precious time with your little ones in favour of your career. This is why Trehaus exists. So that it isn’t an either/or question.
At Trehaus, we actually celebrate the duality of our roles as parents and professionals. Our family-friendly coworking space recently celebrated Mother’s Day this May with a tea-time gathering of our modern mums from all over the globe. From Swiss-German to Bahasa Melayu, we learnt how to say “I love you” and left with a strong sense that as parents, no matter where we’re from, we’re reaching for a better future for those we love. We also hosted our friends at Picspirations Photography for a delightfully rustic Mothers’ Day photography session.
And for the rest of the month and the one to come, feed your curiosity and connect with our vibrant parent community at Trehaus. From a magical foray into the imagination with classical music, to an intimate parent-child Mandarin storytelling session and Singapore’s first Baby College Classes – we have exciting events happening right here!
Also, keep abreast of what’s happening for your kids this summer at Trehaus with the most fulfilling and adventurous camps for Singapore’s kids. Keep your inspiration up as we hit the middle of the year with this hilarious book we’re reading that will help you identify and change the self-sabotaging beliefs and behaviours that get in the way of your particular brand of hustle!
Here’s to finishing May off with a bang,
The Trehaus Team
The struggle is real, and staying inspired just can’t take too much time when the groceries aren’t done and your eldest’s fever is climbing. We love how Jen Sincero, bestselling author and world-traveling success coach, doles things out in tidbit sizes, with a good laugh thrown in. As we reach for the life that we want, we’re constantly weeding the garden. We like the clarity offered by Jen here. As she puts it, she’s “helping you to: identify and change the self-sabotaging beliefs and behaviours that stop you from getting what you want, create a life you totally love.” Sign us up!
